Showing my work at alternative low-key spaces has always been something that I enjoy. Coffee shops, restaurants and of course the armory are just to name a few. Good amounts of people come through those spaces and its good exposure. It takes the pressure off in a way because it isn’t a pristine gallery. Although, I know my next steps are showing at galleries. I wrote about “In Thirds” while I was in India a few blog posts ago. The paintings have come to life and there are all at Koffee on Audubon St in New Haven. I will be having a closing reception on June 25th at 5:00pm and I would love to see you all there!
